Mitch McClellan founded Think on Services. Mitch is a former Partner at Kirkland & Ellis, LLP, associate at Latham & Watkins LLP, and General Counsel for a private Series B startup.
During his time in Big Law, Mitch led numerous types of debt financings. He helped clients understand the nuances of their agreements, so they knew what items truly mattered. His time as General Counsel further refined this skill as he daily translated complex legal documents to business teams who had the practicalities of running a business.
As a General Counsel, Mitch was the front line for all the Company’s legal needs. This included financings, investor relations, company governance, vendor contracts, standard agreements, government contracts, employee matters, and any time a situation arose where someone said “we should ask legal about this.”
Mitch graduated magna cum laude from the J. Reuben Clark Law School at Brigham Young University and graduated from undergrad at Brigham Young University. Mitch lives in Houston with his family and is licensed to practice law in the state of Texas.
